An order confirmation will be send once you place an order. Your order will be dispatched within 2-3 working days of placing it. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Please note all incurring import duties and taxes that could be charged when parcel reaches your country of destination are not included in the shipping cost. International customers are responsible for any additional taxes once an order is shipped.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please e-mail us with your return request at email@example.com to proceed with the return process.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank or credit card account again then contact the respective financial institution, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
We replace items if they are defective or damaged or if you’ve ordered a wrong size when the product is available. If you need to exchange it for the same item in the case where you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please inform us within 7 days after receiving your order at email@example.com and we will contact you for how to process the exchange.
If you’d like to exchange an item for an alternative style, please return your order and make a new purchase in our store.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time frame to receive your exchanged product may vary.
If you are returning an item over €75, you should consider using a shipping service that offers tracking or purchasing shipping insurance.
